Descripción de la oferta: We are a small startup company- part of Grupo Intercom- that is passionate and driven to become a global reference for luxury travel. We have just started Paradizo to help discerning travelers with booking memorable and personalized luxury vacation experiences, providing them the information and tools they need. We aim to make dreams come true for our members and to generate business for our partners.

Responding to the unique challenges presented by our online luxury travel sale model, our Sales & Customer Service team should effectively provide superior, first-rate service to our sophisticated, travel savvy members.

You are a customer focused individual interested in the luxury travel industry, with a desire to shape the strategy and future processes of our growing sales and member service team.

You will ensure consistency with respect to our internal sales processes, with an emphasis on file management, product destination knowledge, selling techniques and quality control. Contributions towards the development, improvement, and tracking of key performance indicators will also be expected.
Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary contact between the members, company and properties. This includes finding an appropriate villa; responding to client questions; preparing the initial contract; collecting payment; offering travel insurance; and post-travel client follow-up.
- Conduct validation calls to suppliers for reservations made through the Paradizo website. Follow-up on a timely basis regarding inquiries, qualify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Guarantee an unparalleled quality of service and boost transformation rates to contribute to revenue growth. Contribute to revenue growth by using up-selling and cross-selling strategies when making customer reservations. Meet and/or exceed key performance indicators for sales.
- Provide member feedback to management in order to continuously improve the buying experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve member issues and complaints with the utmost of care and respect by listening to their problems and negotiating a satisfactory resolution.


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Diplomado
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 3 años
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: - Must have at least 3 years experience, with excellent sales record, working with customers in similar environment, preferably within a sophisticated, travel company.
- Proven solution selling skills, with natural ability to overcome objections. An overriding sense of urgency and a competitive spirit towards achievements of targets.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency including email, web applications, excel and CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
- Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written in English (professional phone etiquette, strong vocabulary, and outstanding writing and proofreading skills are a must). Additional foreign language knowledge spoken and written is a very strong asset (Russian)
- Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail

Requisitos deseados: - A native English or russian speaker will be highly appreciated.
- Knowledge of high-end travel and concierge type services a plus
