| Descripción de la oferta: | You will be accountable for the implementation of system modifications and expansions, and new systems releases within our customer support systems. You will as well be accountable for the analysis and correction of troubles, incidents and errors affecting our customers worldwide. Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and document systems requirements. • Implement and maintain departmental applications. • Work with the development teams to implement and test changes in corporate applications. • Perform analysis, testing and troubleshooting on incidents and errors that are affecting our customers. • Assist in the day-to-day operational activities. • Perform and/or assist in the regular customer operations. • Offer technical advice related to the job. • Identify errors and work with other departments such as IT, Operations, Development, Service Desk, Change Management, CRM, Networks, Finance, etc. |
Requisitos

| Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 1 año |
| Requisitos mínimos: | The ideal candidate will have a completed IT education. This position requires analytical and system development skills. Compulsory skills • Methodical, high standard of attention to detail. • Strong documentation skills. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word, Powerpoint). • Experienced in SQL and in using relational databases. • Experienced in Unix/Linux as well as Windows scripting and programming (shell, Python, PHP, Perl, .NET, etc.). • Hands-on mentality, ability to assist in achieving the goals of the enterprise and to self-motivate. • You are fluent in English; any other language is an asset. |
