Descripción de la oferta: W. L. Gore & Associates is looking for a proactive Customer Service specialist with fluent Finnish and English to work for the Medical Products Division of our European Customer Service Center based in Barcelona, Spain.

You are highly motivated to deliver superior customer service to our clients in the medical business. You will be the main interface with our clients - mainly hospitals, nurses and doctors - from the country(ies) you are serving. You will be responsible for the entire process - receiving orders, processing orders using on-line systems, handling deliveries in cooperation with our European warehouse - and processing invoices through liaison with our Accounting Service Center. You will provide our customers with basic product information, price offers, and supply marketing materials. You will work on projects to improve the quality of our business processes leading to a better efficiency and enhanced quality of our services as perceived by our customers, which incorporate different European cultures and requirements.

Requisitos

Experiencia mínima: Al menos 3 años
Requisitos mínimos: Ideally the successful candidate has the following profile:

You must be able to communicate effectively in Finnish and Swedish, and have a correct level of English.
Experience in a customer service environment, call center or an international business setting is required.
You have strong organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking skills; demonstrated customer service orientation and a track record of commitment to quality.
Even in a fast paced and changing environment you have demonstrated the ability to maintain your customer orientation.
You must be detail-oriented, but at the same time able to stay focused on the broader goals and objectives.
Open communication, flexibility and initiative are also key competencies for our team.
You must be skilled in general office software. Experience with ERP system is preferred.
