Descripción de la oferta: ACCOUNT PAYABLES
Flora Queen is a strong and established brand that has been standing for quality and innovation in the online flower industry since its creation. We are currently looking for a professional customer service agent, to join our international team in Barcelona, Spain.

We are currently looking for a professional in Accounts Payables so as to join our team, which works in a multicultural environment.

MAIN TASKS
- Self-invoice loading from the Back Office to ERP
- Remove orders' file delivered from the Back Office
- New florists process
- Review new payment method to florists
- Self-Invoice process
- Self-Invoice reconciliation generated against Back Office (revision)
- Florists payments (monthly / every 15 days)
- Generate automatic payment remittance
- Manual payments via Paypal
- Manual payments via international transfer
- Statements delivery to florists
- Payments to suppliers (not to florists)
- Manual refunds correction of exceptions requested by CS
- Incident Management with florists
- Claim management of unpaid orders
- Balance requests
- To inform methods / payment dates
- To update payment methods


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Formación Profesional Grado Superior - Administración
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Requisitos mínimos: EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Business Administration or similar background.
- SAP, Oracle Finacials or other ERP management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar position.
- English and Spanish are a must, German a plus.
- High-level of Excel and Office.

PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Self motivated with high organization skills, able to take initiatives and make decisions
- Able to work with sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner
- Familiar with administration tasks and office organization
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.

WE OFFER:
- First Contract: 6 months, with the option to an indefinite contract.
- Full time: 8:30h -17:30h
