| Descripción de la oferta: | abde Business Consulting es una compañía de consultoría en Ingeniería e Investigación (I+D+i) que actúa en España y en el extranjero (Gran-Bretaña, Francia y Bélgica). Buscamos profesionales motivados y con ganas de tener una experiencia profesional internacional y de trabajar en el área de IPT y Converge Comms. Los puestos estarían ubicados en Francia (Toulouse). En el marco de nuestras actividades internacionales, necesitamos incorporar un Senior Engineer y un Technical Leader, con buenos conocimientos de Telefonía IP y Comunicaciones Unificadas. Es importante tener un NIVEL ALTO DE INGLÉS (es necesario hablar de forma fluida). ___ ___ __ SENIOR ENGINEER IPT / CONVERGE COMMS (cisco) --- --- --- --- Support aux engineers (level 1) for troubleshooting: • Resolution of incidents and problems (level 1 & 2); • On-site for replacement of defective equipment; • Development of model for solving complex incidents; • Participation as an expert in crisis units; • Coordination with the supervisory team in the follow-up for complex troubleshooting ; • Documentation of incidents tickets; • Incident management, including in relation to third-parties. Administration of equipment IPT (Call Manager, Gateway, Eco-system) • Configuration of equipment. Interventions on call: • Responding to calls made on the post-call; • Interventions in hours not worked. Implementation of mini-infrastructure projects (developments, ...). Change Management • Preparation of change (Definition of implementation plan, defining or updating of operational procedures, transfer of skills to the rest of the team) • Implementation of changes in hours not worked. Development of daily activities (MMP configuration changes, ...) Proactive maintenance, control of infrastructure and technical facilities and test connections... -PROFILE:: Higher education in the field of telecommunications, you justify an experience of 2 to 5 years in the network environment and security. You have developed a very good knowledge of network infrastructure and IPT (Architecture Network Architecture Cisco IPT, Eco-system partner, Cisco Unified Presence Server, Webex, Active Directory). Sense of customer service, commitment, tenacity, ability to work in teams and to work constructively with various constituencies (both internal and external customers, partners) are assets that will allow you to thrive in this position. . ___ ___ __ TECHNICAL LEADER IPT / CONVERGE COMMS (cisco) --- --- --- --- Is the leader of operational technical tasks accross countries, coordinating all operational activities (including requests, deliverables, knowledge sharing, trasnational issues...) Main duties: • Coordinates all activities, requests, tasks and projects with transnational scope. • Involved in problems and main issues at international level. • Enforces harmonization on processes, technical solutions, documentation at international level, • Ensure knowledge sharing between NatCos, • Detect needs in different countries. Profile: • Manages national operational aspects in terms of issues, requests and changes. • Main Local technical interlocutor • Responsible for the national resource planning • Is responsible for Information and sharing at internal level • Manages 3rd parties for critical situations (vendors, Telco providers...) • For International coordination and harmonization interacts with GTL and other TL. |
