| Descripción de la oferta: | Cpl recruitment busca actualmente profesionales con experiencia en .NET desde 2 años de experiencia hasta perfiles senior "technical lead" para proyectos permanentes en DUBLIN. Some of the responsibilities: Researches, designs, develops, configures, integrates, tests and maintains existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions leveraging the approved technologies, processes, and disciplines to deliver Best in Class global solutions. Candidate will work closely with Development Leads and Architects and will report to Global Development Manager. • Participates as a member of and leads development teams. • Performs analysis of complex functional and business requirements. • Prepares code stubs for others. Completes code to implement solutions. • Designs solutions for others to code. Participates in cross-functional teams. • Leads design activities, provides mentoring and guidance to other developers. • Designs, prepares and executes Unit tests. Represents team to client/customers. • Demonstrates technical leadership, and exerts influence outside of immediate team. • Develops innovative team solutions to complex problems. Contributes to strategic direction for teams. • Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas (e.g. • Database Administration). • Performs solution design. • Independently implements end-user or enterprise infrastructure or services of significant complexity. • Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for customers. • Mentors and consults with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | • Experience writing code in C#, ASP.Net, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, NUNIT; databases like SqlServer/ Oracle. • Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, NHibernate, Structuremap and IOC Concepts is preferred • Experience of multiple full release cycles. • Experience in leading offshore teams • Understanding of modern software development methodologies (Object). • Understanding of modern software development tools and SCM. • Strong understanding of Basic Database Administration. • General Project Management (developing). Customer/ Vendor Management. • Business Analysis. • Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team. |
