Everis’ success story is based on being able to engage the best people in projects of strategic significance for major clients, in this case high street banks. Everis’ London Office started its operations in April 2011 as a key element of Everis Strategic Plan 2011-2013 and we are currently building up the structure that will allow us to reach our ambitious business plan in the United Kingdom. This job offer is for people keen to fully develop their professional careers in London and take part in this business plan sharing part of the company property and the benefits generated. Successful candidates will join our strategic division for banking. The work will be focused on business consulting, processes analysis and optimization and change management. Business managers should be able to show a relevant experience in project management, preferably in the areas of integration and business case analysis. Experience in PDP and FR workshops scope and structure definition and planning of technology transformation programs are also necessary for these positions. Therefore candidates should be able to map current operative models and define ‘to be’ functional models is required as well as to identify gaps and dependencies, assess impact of changes, identify mitigating actions and define workplans. The functional focus will be established around the commercial systems of the bank including: segmentation; commercial dashboards; commercial opportunities and other processes related to client management. The ability to drive to succeed in a fast moving environment is essential for these positions. Managers must be able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders. It is expected that qualified candidates would previously have worked for a relevant consultancy firm.
