Descripción de la oferta: Matis Hispania select a mechanical test engineer, whose mission is:
To design, prepare and procure, execute and analyse the tests at Wind-Turbine’s subsystems level as conceived in the Validation and Certification Plans of the Wind-Turbine Product ensuring the personal safety of the concurrent testing team and an efficient execution in terms of cost, quality and time.

Funtions:
-To design and define the mechanical tests to be done at the Wind-turbine’s subsystem within the Validation and Certification Plans of the Wind-turbine Product. Elaboration of the Test Specifications.
- To acquire (purchase or internal development) or adapt those tools and equipment required for the execution of the tests.
-To contribute to the elaboration of the Validation and Certification Plans of the Wind-turbine Product (costs, timings, personal resources, hardware and software resources, test facility availability, etc.)
-To execute the mechanical tests at Wind-turbine’s subsytem level according to the Validation and Certification Plan of the Wind-turbine Product. Coordination of all concurrent activities: procurement, assembly, instrumentation, adjustments and Start-up of prototypes, test execution and reporting of results and events. To ensure that all concurrent activities are performed in accordance with the Test Specifications (hardware reception, assembly requirements, test sequence, etc.) by recording intermediate results and evidences properly.
-To supervise those tests carried out by external laboratories, (accredited or not). To supervise those tests performed by external suppliers of subsystems/components/parts of the WTG Product for demonstrating their compliance with validation requirements.
-To ensure that all concurrent activities associated to a certain test have been assessed from the Health and Safety and Environmental points of view so the Risk Assessment is at disposal of everybody. To ensure that the execution of these activities is done in compliance with the Control Plan designed on the basis of the mentioned Risk Assessment.
-To ensure the compliance of Environmental requirements that might be imposed to the test activity.
-To analyse and report the results of the tests. Elaboration of the Test Report.


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Ingeniero Técnico - Industrial, especialidad en Mecánica
Experiencia mínima: De 3 a 5 años
Requisitos mínimos: Education:
- Industrial enginnering (mechanics).
- Information technologies; primavera, windchill, MS-Office.
- Risks and environmental conditions:
*Office basic risk and environmental conditions.
*During tests campaigns the following risks and environmental conditions will take place:Elevators,Electric installations (MV might be),Chemical (common usage of acetone, glue, silicone, etc.),Crane, Heights (> 2m),Typical ones in an assembly process of heavy components.

Experience:
- 3-5 years.
Requisitos deseados: -Specification and usage of test instrumentation: sensors (extensometers, current and voltage probes, accelerometers, pressure, temperature, displacement, noise, etc.), signal converters, data acquisition systems, actuators.
- Test tooling specification and development.
- Assembly procedures.
-Measurement and control of lengths, angles, tolerances, adjustments)
-Data Analysis Software (excel, visual basic, matlab, famos, diadem, C++, etc.).
-Time and frequency signal analysis.
-Experimental Modal analysis. Operational modal analysis.
-Noise intensity maps.
-Vibrations analysis.
-Experimental fatigue.
-Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation.

Mobility:
Travelling according to location of the testing facilities and test plans.
