| Descripción de la oferta: | Manage the subsidiary’s all-round activities and lead a team of 5 Implement long and short-term business strategies to effectively achieve profit and growth objectives Participate in the development of strategic business planning activities that are designed to increase the business unit's presence in the market; retain the appropriate mix of business; and achieve overall growth and profit objectives. Organize profitable operation of the subsidiary, plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve agreed targets Ensure that all operational processes and practices of the functional units are in line with the written operational rules of the subsidiary Optimizing resources among Sales, Transport Organizing, Administration and Ensure of Subcontractor Capacity Sharp AR status monitoring Effective use of the human resources and its tools, to organize and continuously develop the organization Establishes strong conditions and networks both within and outside the business unit/company. | Requisitos mínimos: | Possesses business/economical/logistic degree Has a proven record of success in management, preferably in the related industry with existing network (customers, subcontractors) Outstanding communication skills both in Spanish and English Several years of experience of management of people and resources, and crystal clear understanding of P&L Consistently sets clear direction by defining goals and priorities.
