| Descripción de la oferta: | Due to the expansion of CSC in Asturias, we are seeking for 4 Technical Incident Coordinators. The objectives of Technical Incident Coordinator are: To restore normal service as quickly as possible To minimize the impact of incidents on the business To ensure that incidents are processed consistently and that none are lost. To directly support resources where most required. To provide information that allows support processes to be optimized, the number of incidents to be reduced, and management planning to be carried out. Providing management of all high severity incidents (Severity 1 and 2) during normal business hours and out of hours where the contract dictates. Co-ordinate resolution between lines of service. |
Requisitos
| Estudios mínimos: | Formación Profesional Grado Superior - Informática |
| Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 1 año |
| Requisitos mínimos: | Studies: IT Certifications (networking, systems, admin, Cisco, Microsoft, design, technical support……) or Advanced Vocational Training in Computing (FP Grado Superior - Informática) Windows XP skills. Proven track experience in Field Services, Service Desk, helpdesk or Remote Resolution Support. Availability to work on shifts. High level of English. |
