We are recruiting a SUPERVISOR or TEAM LEADER for a Customer Service Department with NATIVE ENGLISH for a company located in Terrassa.

The Main Tasks are:
- Overseeing the service.
- Reception and call management
- Staff motivation and management to achieve targets set.
- Responsible for employee schedules .
- Monitoring of service levels and productivity
- Productivity control
- Continuous monitoring of calls
- Resolving the operators` queries.
- Meetings with clients and defining objectives
- Ongoing staff training

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Formación Profesional Grado Medio
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: - Fluent English.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in team management
-Knowledge of training plans and interviews for new incorporations and team motivation.
- We are looking for a Customer oriented person
-Good team player with excellent work ethic and personal drive.

Requisitos deseados: - Knowledge of SAP.
