To support this we are looking for an astute Buyer with outstanding commercial and analytical skills and experience. Key Accountabilities: - To optimise existing passenger transport (taxi, minivan, coach) supplier relationships maximising sales, market segment share and profitability. - Identify, approach and forge new supplier partnerships to grow the business significantly. - Use experience to develop best practice processes that meet company objectives and garner team-wide support. - Drive supplier relationships to help meet strategic objectives. - Monitoring the competition, spotting new trends, identifying and exploiting new revenue streams. - Using all tools and resources available to enable strategic, systematic, fast decision making. Key Skills/Experience required: - Commercial negotiation experience in international markets - An experienced Business Development Manager, Commercial Buyer or Product Manager from a fast moving ecommerce / retail environment ideally with experience of working in travel - Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment - Spanish and English fluency, intermediate level in one or more other languages - Ability to absorb and use data to drive fast accurate decisions and proven analytical skills - Excellent communication skills and demonstrable ability to influence internal and external decision makers. - Strong team-playing skills - Self-motivation and enthusiasm In return, we will offer you a competitive salary including performance related bonuses.
