| Descripción de la oferta: | We are a successful national English and Spanish language academy with schools in 4 of the top cities in Spain. We pride ourselves on our quality, creativity and good teamwork and we are currently looking for the perfect person to take on the direction of the English Department at our school in the centre of Valencia to start as soon as possible. Job description: The English Director of Studies (DOS) is responsible for supervising and supporting a team of EFL teachers and ensuring the smooth running of the academic program and will also teach some classes, usually around 10 hours per week. The DOS is also responsible for local EFL sales and marketing and is considered to be the main drive behind the development of these two areas. In addition to academic duties, sales and marketing, the DOS is the local face of the EFL department and is the go-to person for customer service and support for all in-house students as well as in-company students. Contract Details: You will be provides with a standard ¨Contrato Indefinido¨ with a 3 month trial period. The work week will be 34 hours a week Monday through Friday and possibly on Saturdays if there are classes. You will receive paid holidays as a part of your contract, one month in summer and another two weeks at Christmas.
