Main tasks: To carry out the product design to ensure the technical and functional feasibility of the products giving support to the project teams, with the objective of reaching cost, quality and timing goals established by the direction. To ensure an effective relation with the client from the technician point of view, with the collaboration of the Master in Design. To cooperate with Process dept. and the team in the Manufacturing plants to ensure that industrialization achieves project targets. To ensure the development and prototypes delivery regarding the defined plans with the client. To take part in the product and process AMFE’s. To manage effectively the product modifications during the development. Together with the Quality Engineer, analyze the results of the product technical test reports and find the necessary technical c/m’s solutions. To define the key components of the product and take part in suppliers selection. To carry out the SW development to ensure the technical and functional feasibility of the products giving support to the project teams, with the objective of reaching cost, quality and timing goals established by the direction. To research, design and write new software programs; To test new programs and bug fixing- To create technical specifications and test plans; To write operational documentation. Requirements: Applicant profiles should be high potential in Software. Telecommunications, Electronics, or equivalent engineering degree. It is required knowledge in embedded systems and C language. Appreciated knowledge in automotive standards as CAN communications, Unified Diagnostics Services, MISRA or others. Also appreciated knowledge in software quality standards as Automotive SPICE, or CMMI, and Safety & Reliability ISO26262.
