As a TV Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and executing the strategy of acquiring new customers through our broadcast channels (primarily TV). In addition your role will involve: -Leading TV advert production and project managing to meet FY16 needs through your own team and working closely with internal creative and production teams -Ensuring direct response creative best practices & continual optimisation of the TV advertising -Managing and delivering against advert production budget forecasting, you will be responsible for working closely with the internal production team to track costs against budget -Working closely with other teams such as pricing and product to set broadcast GTMs: Offer, product, promo calendar and optimising the performance of TV in relation to these GTMs -Liaising with other marketing channels such as paid search to ensure consistent campaign set up and support of the broadcast campaigns -Ensuring TV adverts are aligned with necessary compliance by markets, getting adverts cleared & delivery to stations -Working closely with the media agency to deliver quarterly competitor insight reports -Optimising the TV customer experience from seeing the advert to visiting the website, finding the offer. Includes working with the site team and the customer care team to coordinate campaigns -Understand and optimising copy length strategies by market and monitoring potential ad wear out -Proposing and setting up radio testing across markets -Managing media and creative costs with finance, reporting on monthly cost submissions and invoicing In return you will bring: -Significant project and budget management experience -Experience with team management and talent development -Demonstrable direct response marketing experience. A significant part of your experience should be in TV broadcast advertising -Knowledge and understanding of TV rules & regulations, media optimization and performance measurement methodologies -Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or other relevant field required -Experience of working with media and creative agencies -Experience of working directly with TV stations and developing TV advertisements -Experience of managing teams and people development -Data driven and results oriented, with a test before invest mentality -Strong organization, communication and presentation skills -Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team -Experience in multiple markets strongly preferred -Fluent in English plus another European language -Experience in radio broadcast a plus but not required -Proficient in the use of MS-Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint So if you are up for challenge in a fast-paced, energetic, and constantly changing environment, apply today and get ready for the most exciting challenge of your career!
