Descripción de la oferta: Job Summary and Essential Functions
Provide Quality and EHS focus for each product line. Responsibilities include:
* Investigate and drive resolution of quality problems
* Develop and maintain OMS/SRA¿s
* Act as ISO internal auditor responsible for process and product audits
* Manage the Quality ¿blue tag¿ process
* Analyze scrap and yield, assisting team to develop action plans to improve each
* In Electronics, approve and file regulatory certificates
* Perform 1st part qualification and incoming inspection
* Schedule, conduct and assist with required EHS training
* Participate in EHS audits, document findings in appropriate database and coordinate with production, maintenance or ME to to drive issues to closure
* Manage EHS projects such as contractor safety
* Conduct timely accident investigations with Coach, affected employee and others as indicated and ensure documentation is completed
* Maintain database for, and participate in, area Ergonomic projects
* Act as Safety Team Leader and an active member of employee involvement teams


Requisitos

Experiencia mínima: Al menos 3 años
Requisitos mínimos: Basic Qualifications:
* 2 Years Technical School in related field or equivalent (defined as 3 or more years in lead EHS or Quality role)
* Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
* Minimum 2 years of specific product knowledge
* Demonstrated effective presentation skills
* Solid blueprint reading and precision measurement skills
* Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (GE only)

Desired Characteristics:
* Ergonomic improvement skills
* Proficiency in use of Powersuite software
* Knowledge of GE EHS and Quality processes
