We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic Pool Host Supervisor to help create a welcoming, fun, and memorable environment for our owners and guests while ensuring the highest standards of service and safety around our pool and recreational areas.

Based at Marriott's Playa Andaluza, this role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds, and thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment. As a key member of the Resort Operations team, you will contribute to guest satisfaction, support recreational activities, and help maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere throughout the resort.

What you'll be doing

• Welcome owners and guests with warmth, professionalism, and personalized service.
• Create a fun, safe, and relaxing environment around the pool and recreational areas.
• Promote food and beverage offerings and support poolside service when required.
• Encourage participation in resort activities and assist the Activities Team as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively deliver exceptional service experiences.
• Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to meet guest expectations and enhance their stay.
• Engage guests in conversations about resort services, local attractions, and vacation experiences.
• Promote and enforce pool safety standards, rules, and regulations.
• Provide first aid assistance when necessary until professional medical support arrives.
• Report accidents, incidents, safety concerns, and maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
• Maintain awareness of security and safety concerns around resort facilities.
• Support operational needs across different departments when required.
• Assist Resort Management with additional duties to meet business demands.
