TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST – DACH REGION HUMAN RESOURCES / TALENT ACQUISITION Barcelona As our Talent Acquisition Specialist – DACH, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment for junior roles while supporting broader sourcing and TA operations across the region, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a critical role in managing full-cycle recruitment for junior positions while supporting sourcing and hiring operations across Beauty Advisors role across DACH Region. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment process from first contact through to onboarding. You will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager – DACH & IBERIA, and you will manage: 1. Full-Cycle Recruitment Delivery ·Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior roles from job posting to onboarding ·Conduct initial interviews and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit ·Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders ·Ensure employer branding consistency across all job postings ·Deliver a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the process 2. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipelining ·Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks ·Build and maintain pipelines of junior talent for future hiring needs ·Support sourcing and pre-screening activities for more senior roles ·Contribute to talent mapping and workforce planning activities 3. Employer Branding & Engagement ·Promote Coty’s culture and values through candidate interactions ·Support career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives ·Ensure consistent visibility and positioning of Coty as an employer of choice 4. Systems, Compliance & Continuous Improvement ·Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS systems, ensuring compliance and confidentiality ·Support TA operational improvements and process optimization ·Contribute ideas to enhance recruitment efficiency and best practices ·Stay up to date on recruitment trends and sourcing techniques YOU ARE A COTY FIT As an early-career recruiter, you are proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity in a fast-paced environment. Your skills and experience include: ·1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (including internships) ·Strong organizational and time management skills ·Fluent English and German ·Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills ·Experience with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus ·High attention to detail and strong confidentiality mindset ·Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs If you’re ready to grow your career in Talent Acquisition and help shape the future of beauty, we want you on our team!
