Business Workflow Executive

For our Business Workflow department in Palma we are seeking a Business Workflow Executive.

The department aims to optimize and standardize all processes, so that we can continue to successfully grow and operate with minimum defective services or financial damages and maximise productivity with these processes. To achieve this, the Business Workflow Executive brings together the processes of commercial area, IT, destinations and clients, identifying current business practices and assisting in their optimization and standardization as well as the implementation of best practices.

Reporting to the Head of Operations your main responsibilities will be:

Being first level support for the processes and reporting related to booking importation.

Configuration of setups and mapping related to the booking importation.

Support users in different touristic destinations on processes related to Transfer sales and operations.

Monitor and report on performance of the processes and overall level of service delivery.

Improve workflows in coordination with the local teams, Key Account Managers and/or IT.

Support with problem-solving and identifying solutions to process-related incidents.

Requisitos:

- Degree in related business fields.

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

- IT affinity and a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and related MS office products.

- Advanced level of English (written and spoken). Spanish is also advantageous.

- Hands-on, team player; business-minded with the ability to build strong working relationships with the key stakeholders across functions.

- Attention to detail; ability to understand all aspects of the business.

- Excellent communications skills and proactive attitude.

- Results-oriented and self-organized working style.

- Availability for travel.
