About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an Supervisor ( Sunset Lounhe )position to join our Food & Beverage Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Ensure smooth daily operations of the Infinity Pool outlet while maintaining Jumeirah service standards.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, handling complaints professionally, and building guest relationships.

Supervise, support, and guide the team to maintain high service, safety, and operational standards.

Monitor restaurant performance, service flow, guest satisfaction, and quality of food & beverage presentation.

Coordinate scheduling, special events, and operational resources while controlling costs, wastage, and budgets.

Maintain strong collaboration with kitchen and F&B leadership to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.

Requisitos:

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role r in hospitality or luxury F&B operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Good operational and financial awareness, including scheduling, cost control, and health & safety compliance.

Fluent in English.
