Customer Specialist with Italian and English

Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer contacts (calls/emails), providing support related to Mobility Solve services.

- Assist customers with technical queries and service-related issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents related to mobility services, platforms, and connectivity.

- Guide users through system functionalities, features, and service usage.

- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to specialized teams when necessary.

Responsabilidades:

- Monday to Friday. 39 hours week 12:00 to 20:00.

- ETT - 4-Month Temporary Contract with Potential for Permanent Position

- Salary gross per year: 21000 - 22500 euros
