As IT Service Desk Agent you will: Provide 1st level support to the client workers Handling of IT requests or issues via phone, mail and chat or via self-service portal Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting via phone and/or remote access and monitor IT requests and issues in the client's ITSM service management system including their categorization and prioritization of IT issues and requests To be accessible and provide a first resolution rate by using internal knowledge databases. Welcome To MST Holding! We are looking for French speakers with an excellent level of English to join our amazing Helpdesk Team in Barcelona! Join us with a paid two-week training program in July, and start your new role in September with all the knowledge and support you need to succeed. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will provide first-line technical support to customers across the French and UK markets via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include: Providing technical support for multifunction printers. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently. Delivering a high standard of customer service across multiple communication channels. Ensuring customer queries are handled professionally and within agreed service levels. WE OFFER Permanent full-time contract. Monday to Friday schedule – weekends off 39-hour working week with shifts scheduled between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Annual gross salary of €19,623.91, plus a monthly performance and quality bonus of €160 gross (up to €1,920 gross per year). Paid training planned for 2 weeks, beginning Monday 20th of July. You will begin working: 01 of September. Two weeks of fully paid training with an immediate start. On-site job position, with well- located near Hospital Clínic metro station in Barcelona. Native or fluent French. Excellent command of English. Valid Spanish NIE and Social Security Number. Currently living in Barcelona. Immediate availability.
