If you are bilingual in French and/or Dutch, fluent in English, and experienced in customer relations, don’t hesitate to explore this exciting opportunity to join our international team.
Reporting directly to the Director of the Shared Business Center, your main responsibility will be to contact customers in order to identify and qualify sales opportunities (lead generation).
Your Missions
- Contact customers directly to re-engage their interest in products or solutions featured in marketing campaigns.
- Present new products to customers over the phone, send technical presentations, and ensure follow-up.
- Identify and, where possible, stimulate customer interest in the solutions presented.
- Support the sales team by sharing identified business opportunities.
- Accurately report all actions and outcomes related to each marketing campaign.
What You Need to Succeed
- Initial experience as a telemarketer or customer advisor, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and/or Dutch, with fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Based in Barcelona.
