Experience:

-3-5 years' experience in social media or digital marketing
-Proven experience managing global or multi-market social media accounts
-Experience in consumer goods, retail, travel, or lifestyle brands preferred
-Experience working with international teams advantageous
-Strong track record in content creation, engagement growth, and campaign support

Descripción

The Global Social Media Manager leads Travel Blue's global social media presence, working with regional teams in creating engaging, product-led content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports retail sell-through across international markets. This role requires a balance of creativity, commercial awareness, collaboration and hands-on execution, working closely with regional teams and partners to deliver consistent and locally relevant social media activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute a global social media strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and commercial objectives
- Define channel roles, content pillars, and audience strategies across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
-Manage and grow global social media channels in collaboration with regional teams , ensuring consistency and performance
-Establish clear guidelines for regional teams for local market execution

Content Creation & Campaign Support

- Create, collate and publish engaging, travel-focused and product-led content
-Align content with global and regional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal travel trends
-Develop compelling storytelling around product use, travel experiences, and lifestyle positioning
-Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity

Community & Engagement

-Drive user-generated content and build an engaged global travel community
-Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments, messages, and interactions
-Identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, and brand loyalty

Trade, Retail & Commercial Support

-Develop social content that supports retail sell-through and distributor activity
- Align with Sales and Marketing teams on key campaigns, promotions, and product priorities
-Support retail partners and distributors with relevant content and social toolkits
-Drive traffic and visibility to retail and e-commerce channels where applicable

Influencer & Partnership Management

-Identify, manage with regional teams and grow relationships with relevant influencers and content creators were relevant and appropriate
-Develop partnerships aligned with travel and lifestyle audiences
-Track and evaluate influencer activity and ROI

Paid Social & Performance

-Support paid social campaigns, including content optimisation and audience targeting
-Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics across platforms

Global Coordination & Best Practice

-Act as a central point of coordination for global, regional and local social media activity
-Share best practices, trends, and content ideas across markets
-Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging formats, and competitor activity

Collaboration & Culture

-Work closely with global marketing, brand, and regional sales teams to align social media with business objectives
-Act as a key link between central marketing and regional teams
-Build strong cross-functional relationships across product, sales, and operations
-Operate effectively within a family-owned, entrepreneurial environment
-Be hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented in approach
