Customer Service Specialist - Dutch / Flemish Speaker

If you have experience in customer service operations, order management, and SAP, and you are looking to grow in an international and fast-paced environment, this opportunity could be a perfect match.

You will join a well-established international company based in Hospitalet de Llobregat. For confidentiality reasons, the client's name will not be disclosed during the initial stages of the process.

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

Managing the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process for customers
Handling customer orders (entry, validation, and follow-up)
Monitoring product availability and coordinating with Logistics
Managing administrative and logistical incidents, ensuring timely resolution
Overseeing invoicing processes and credit notes
Monitoring collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms
Working with SAP for order management and customer data
Ensuring service quality while building strong and long-lasting customer relationships

You're the person we're looking for if you have previous experience in:

Customer Service (preferably B2B)
Order Management / Order-to-Cash processes
Billing / invoicing
Experience working with SAP (essential or strong plus)
Native or near-native level of German, plus advanced English
Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage processes and work cross-functionally
A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
