We're a boutique creator-management agency representing some of the world's top content creators, working out of our office in Marbella. We're small, fast, and growing quickly, and we're looking for a manager to run our marketing floor so it runs like a machine. The culture is high standards with a light touch: we work hard, we laugh, and people deliver because they respect the people around them. You'll have real ownership of how the floor runs, and clear upside as the numbers grow.This is a management role, not a social-media role. We'll teach you the platforms. What we can't teach is how to drive a team, hold a standard, and make sure work ships every single day. What you'll own

You'll run the marketing floor day-to-day, driving 10 to 15 publishers, editors, and platform owners to hit their output and targets. You keep every creator's accounts live, posting on cadence, and tracked. You turn the Head of Marketing's plans into shipped work so nothing stalls. A typical day:

• Morning scoreboard (first 30 min): yesterday's posting vs plan, sub-inflow per creator, accounts down overnight. Spot the reds, fire off fixes and assignments.
• Standup and unblock: confirm everyone has marching orders, today's content is loaded and scheduled across every account, blockers cleared on the spot.
• Account-health sweep: banned accounts into the unban flow, warmups on schedule, new accounts stood up per our survival SOP.
• Quality checks: tracking links live, CTAs and highlights correct, captions on-brand.
• Midday pulse and reallocation, then an afternoon deep block: a 1-on-1, an SOP build or fix, a creator's distribution buildout, or pushing a handed-over project.
• End of day: log shipped vs planned, set tomorrow's scoreboard, 5-line status to the Head of Marketing, escalate only what truly needs him.
• Own rollout and execution on every new platform as it comes online.

What we're looking for (must-have)

• Proven experience managing a team of 10 to 15 in a fast-moving, high-output environment.
• A track record of hitting targets and deadlines through a team. You set the pace, enforce the standard, and don't let work slip.
• Based in (or relocating to) Marbella. This is an on-site role.
• A strong, adaptive communicator. You read each person and adjust how you handle them to get their best work, holding very different personalities to the same standard.
• Comfortable in the numbers. You track sub-inflow and output per creator, and keep the team driving toward the target. Each week you bring that picture to the Head of Marketing, who sets the direction on how to move it.

Nice to have

• Organic social-media marketing experience (Instagram, X, Threads, TikTok, Reddit).
• Experience in an agency, creator economy, or talent management environment.
• Spanish speaker.

What success looks like

• 30 days: distribution coverage at 90% sustained, daily scoreboard running, 80% of weekly committed tasks shipped, 1-on-1s with every report, and the Head of Marketing out of the day-to-day loop for two straight weeks.
• 60 days: coverage at 95% all month, the new-account survival SOP strictly followed, one project delivered end-to-end, underperformers addressed, paid sub-inflow growing month on month.
• 90 days: sub-inflow up 15 to 20% MoM, every priority creator at full coverage with surviving accounts, operations fully off the Head of Marketing's plate.
