How you'll make an impact

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to producing life-changing medical technologies that improve patient outcomes around the world.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop manufacturing teams to achieve outstanding results and foster a positive team culture.
• Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives that support business goals and patient needs.
• Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to solve challenges, implement improvements, and optimise manufacturing operations.
• Build team capability through training, performance development, and effective workforce planning.
• Help ensure every product is manufactured with the care, precision, and quality that patients depend on.

What you'll need (Required)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of technical expertise and manufacturing experience.
• Previous experience leading teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work shifts, initially on the morning shift and in a future on a rotating shift schedule (morning/afternoon).

What else we look for (Preferred)

• Project management experience.
• Experience within the medical device industry or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
