Buscamos un/a AI Solutions Engineer para incorporarse a la Oficina de Inteligencia Artificial de una compañía aseguradora consolidada y en pleno proceso de transformación tecnológica. La persona se incorporará a un equipo de nueva creación con un papel clave en la implantación y evolución de soluciones de IA dentro de la organización, participando desde las primeras fases del proyecto y trabajando conjuntamente con las áreas de negocio, tecnología y datos. La posición tiene un enfoque claramente técnico y está orientada a profesionales con experiencia en IA aplicada, MLOps, DevOps o desarrollo backend, interesados en diseñar y desplegar soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial en entornos corporativos reales. El objetivo del rol es transformar casos de uso del negocio en soluciones robustas y escalables, integrando modelos de IA con los sistemas corporativos y asegurando su operatividad, seguridad y evolución a largo plazo. ¿Qué harás en el día a día? Desarrollo e implantación de soluciones IA - Diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar soluciones basadas en IA generativa. - Desarrollar agentes inteligentes y automatizaciones para resolver casos de uso reales. - Integrar modelos de IA y LLMs en aplicaciones y procesos corporativos. - Participar en la industrialización y evolución de soluciones de IA en producción. MLOps, plataforma y operación - Diseñar e implementar pipelines de datos y procesos asociados al ciclo de vida del dato. - Aplicar prácticas de MLOps y DevOps para garantizar calidad, monitorización y escalabilidad. - Desarrollar e integrar APIs y servicios backend con sistemas corporativos. - Asegurar buenas prácticas de CI/CD, testing, observabilidad y seguridad. Colaboración con negocio - Comprender procesos del negocio y detectar oportunidades de aplicación de IA. - Traducir necesidades funcionales en soluciones técnicas viables. - Colaborar con diferentes áreas en la adopción y evolución de las soluciones.
