Sobre nosotros Somos un equipo tecnológico que da soporte a operaciones reales: gestión de contratos, sistemas de facturación, plataformas de field service y desarrollo de aplicaciones a medida. Trabajamos con stack propio (PHP, Oracle, MariaDB) y estamos integrando activamente herramientas de IA (Claude, Claude Code) en nuestro día a día de desarrollo. No buscamos moda, buscamos resultados. ¿Qué buscamos? Un/a desarrollador/a senior que sepa moverse en dos mundos a la vez: el del código que ya funciona (y hay que mantener y mejorar sin romper nada) y el de las nuevas formas de trabajar con IA. Necesitamos a alguien que no solo programe, sino que sepa liderar proyectos y ayudar al equipo a dar el salto. Tus funciones principales •Auditar y refactorizar aplicaciones legacy (PHP) mejorando arquitectura y rendimiento sin parar la producción. •Integrar herramientas de IA (Claude Code, agentes) en el flujo de desarrollo del equipo. •Liderar proyectos técnicos de principio a fin: alcance, reparto de tareas, seguimiento. •Trabajar con bases de datos Oracle y MariaDB, optimizando consultas y modelos de datos. •Gestionar el ciclo completo: GitLab, entornos de preproducción/producción, despliegue. •Formar y acompañar al equipo en el uso práctico de la IA en su trabajo diario. Requisitos imprescindibles •4-5+ años de experiencia como desarrollador/a backend, con paso real por proyectos legacy. •PHP avanzado (POO, patrones, deuda técnica). •Experiencia con Oracle y/o MariaDB/MySQL. •Uso real y productivo de herramientas de IA para desarrollo (Claude, Copilot o similares), integradas en tu flujo de trabajo diario, no solo probadas puntualmente. •Git y GitLab (ramas, MRs, entornos). •Experiencia liderando proyectos o tomando decisiones de arquitectura de forma autónoma. Se valorará •Experiencia con despliegue manual a FTP y gestión de entornos preprod/prod. •Nociones de Synology NAS / administración Linux básica. •Experiencia en sectores con operativa de campo (field service). •Haber construido agentes o automatizaciones con IA, no solo usado herramientas ya hechas.
