The Oncology Department is responsible for advanced cancer care in Gästrikland, Hälsingland, and northern Uppland. We provide both medical treatment and nursing care. Our department includes several units: day care, outpatient clinic, inpatient ward, radiotherapy, and palliative care teams. We are a team of approximately 15 physicians with broad experience. Together, we work to provide safe, accessible, and patient-centered care tailored to each individual. Oncology is a rapidly evolving field, with continuous advancements in research and new treatments. We actively follow developments and use innovative medications that can help patients live longer. Duties and Responsibilities As a Consultant Physician with us, you will work in a multidisciplinary team alongside physicians, nurses, and specialist oncology nurses, as well as in collaboration with other departments.
