We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Málaga. Oscar Biludlejning is part of Oscar Mobility, an international company operating across six markets in Europe and the United States. We aim to rethink the traditional car rental experience by making it simpler, more flexible, and more accessible for both customers and partners. Customer Service plays a key role in delivering this experience by ensuring smooth and consistent support across all touchpoints. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers and partners, handling bookings, inquiries, and operational requests across multiple channels. This is a fast-paced role where strong communication skills, ownership, and adaptability are essential.
