As a Solar Asset Monitor, you will be part of our Analysis and Operations team. You will work as part of a group and be responsible for monitoring and analysing solar farms that generate and supply electricity to the UK electricity grid. Your role will involve monitoring the outputs of our fleet of solar farms and their components and escalating technical issues to our Operations and Maintenance teams, or to manage technical events directly, to ensure reliable and optimum generation from the assets.This is a part-time job. As the Solar Asset Monitor, you will: • Monitor solar farm fleet using monitoring software and bespoke monitoring tools • Follow standard procedures to detect, analyse and diagnose potential fault events • Organise dispatching of appropriate technical resources during weekends to repair faults • Track the progress of events through to resolution • Update systems and administer systems data Se ofrece The people who make up our company are our most important asset. Su misión principal será asegurar el máximo rendimiento de las plantas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos y técnicos, y aportando soluciones ágiles en el día a día. Requisitos: Grado en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica Industrial, Energía o similar. Carne de conducir tipo B y disponibilidad para viajar de forma puntual a las instalaciones fotovoltáicas. Principales funciones: · Monitorización de Activos: Seguimiento continuo de la producción de las plantas mediante sistemas SCADA y plataformas de telemetría. · Análisis de Rendimiento (KPIs): Cálculo, control y optimización de métricas clave como el Performance Ratio (PR) y la disponibilidad operativa de los inversores y centros de transformación. · Supervisión de O&M: Control exhaustivo de los contratos de Operación y Mantenimiento. Auditoría de los trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y seguimiento de las acciones correctivas. · Gestión de Incidencias Críticas: Coordinación rápida con los equipos de campo ante imprevistos (eventos meteorológicos severos, intrusiones o fallos estructurales) para minimizar las paradas de producción. · Gestión del Dato y Reporting: Elaboración de informes de rendimiento y cuadros de mando mediante el uso avanzado de Excel, traduciendo datos técnicos en información de valor. · Soporte Integral: Trabajo conjunto con las áreas administrativa y financiera para alinear la viabilidad técnica con las obligaciones normativas de las SPVs.

¿Qué funciones realizarás? Responsible for the execution of the management policy in all its aspects, assuming the functions of the Director in his/her absence. To organise, direct, coordinate and supervise, by delegation of the Director, all the operations of the Hotel, both in the accommodation area and in the Food and Beverage area. To coordinate and supervise the work of the department heads. To convene and/or participate in periodic briefings with the heads of department to inform, be informed or discuss any issues that may arise. Ensuring quality levels in accordance with the objectives set. Receive and attend to clients throughout their stay at the Hotel. Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of the budget. To prepare the fortnightly forecast with the collaboration of all the departments involved. Participate in the marketing of the Hotel (TTOO, commercial visits, events, etc.) as well as in the aspects related to revenue management and e-commerce. Supervise together with the managers the different staff reports, staff ratios as well as participate in staff selection processes, performance monitoring and in general in any HR policy.
