La posición está orientada a perfiles con experiencia consolidada en atención técnica multilingüe, capaces de gestionar incidencias complejas, ofrecer diagnósticos de primer nivel y comunicarse con clientes exigentes en un entorno de alto estándar de calidad. Responsabilidades Gestión integral de consultas técnicas y funcionales relacionadas con servicios y productos de automoción. Resolución de incidencias de nivel 1–2, garantizando tiempos de respuesta y calidad acordes a un servicio premium. Atención multicanal (teléfono y canales escritos) en portugués, inglés y español. Análisis, documentación y seguimiento de casos en las herramientas internas del proyecto. Escalado estructurado de incidencias complejas y colaboración con equipos internos y cliente final. Contribución activa a la mejora de procesos y a la calidad del servicio. Perfil requerido Portugués: dominio profesional completo, con capacidad demostrada para gestionar conversaciones técnicas y redactar comunicaciones formales con clientes finales. Inglés y español: nivel avanzado (C1 o superior), tanto oral como escrito. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en soporte técnico o atención al cliente especializada, preferiblemente en automoción, tecnología, telecomunicaciones o entornos B2C/B2B de alto volumen y calidad. Familiaridad con herramientas CRM, ticketing y entornos digitales de soporte. Alta orientación al cliente, precisión en la comunicación y capacidad para trabajar con autonomía. Residencia en Madrid o disponibilidad para reubicarse. ¿ Muy valorable experiencia en atención digital, redes sociales o proyectos internacionales. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a General Ledger Accountant to join a newly created multinational team supporting the integration of a recently acquired business into our finance organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments, improving processes, and supporting finance transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate accounting operations across the EMEA region while helping shape new processes, systems, and ways of working. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting deadlines. Perform balance sheet analysis, account reconciliations, and resolution of accounting discrepancies. Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, payroll entries, and other accounting adjustments. Maintain and monitor fixed assets accounting activities. Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions across different entities. Support tax-related accounting activities, including VAT, CIT, transfer pricing, and other local requirements. Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls across the organization. Prepare financial reports and support management reporting activities. Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Controlling, and other finance teams to ensure smooth accounting operations. Support transition and migration activities as we integrate new entities, systems, and processes. Participate in finance transformation projects, including ERP implementations, process improvements, and standardization initiatives. Provide support for ad-hoc reporting and special GBS projects as required. ABOUT YOU 3-6 years of experience in General Ledger accounting or financial accounting, preferably within an international Shared Service Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping processes, and financial reporting. Experience supporting business transitions, migrations, acquisitions, system implementations, or finance transformation projects. Strong understanding of month-end closing, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and journal entries. Strong personality with a proactive, hands-on approach and a high sense of ownership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being built and improved. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Continuous improvement mindset Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required.
