Evaluar, analizar e interpretar datos financieros y operativos para identificar KPI clave, tendencias y áreas de mejora. Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener modelos de datos robustos y cuadros de mando (dashboards) interactivos. Optimizar procesos de reporte actuales mediante el uso avanzado de herramientas analíticas. Realizar consultas y extracciones de información desde diferentes bases de datos para su posterior análisis. Requisitos mínimos: Grado Universitario en Finanzas, ADE, Economía, Ingeniería, Estadística o similar. Sólida base y comprensión de conceptos financieros y operativos. Dominio absoluto y demostrable (tablas dinámicas avanzadas, Power Query, funciones complejas y desarrollo de macros/VBA). Conocimientos en SQL para la extracción, filtrado y manipulación de datos. Alta capacidad analítica, minuciosidad, excelente organización y atención al detalle. Coche para llegar al puesto de trabajo. Requisitos valorables: Experiencia previa trabajando con plataformas de Business Intelligence como Power BI o QlikView. Experiencia en la creación de dashboards orientados a negocio. Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento en lenguajes de programación orientados al análisis de datos (como Python o R). ¿Qué ofrecemos? Contrato indefinido. COST FINANCIAL ANALYST FINANCE / CONTROLLING & COSTING As our Cost Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting costing activities, maintaining data integrity, and driving accurate financial analysis across manufacturing operations while partnering closely with multiple business functions. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! As our Cost Financial Analyst, you play a critical role in supporting standard costing processes, cost analysis, and SAP data accuracy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to costing initiatives from concept to implementation, and provide valuable insights that support financial and operational decision-making. You will be reporting to the Finance Director, and you will manage: 1. Costing & Financial Analysis ·Collaborate with multiple departments to gather inputs required for standard costing processes in SAP ·Participate in the costing process for new initiatives from conception to final cost calculation ·Analyze variances and identify drivers of cost changes ·Support costing activities related to insourcing projects from other manufacturing plants 2. Data Quality & Systems Management ·Ensure material master data is properly maintained and available in SAP ·Support data accuracy and consistency across costing and controlling processes ·Contribute to maintaining robust financial and operational master data standards 3. Benchmarking & Continuous Improvement ·Prepare benchmarking analyses between manufacturing plants when required ·Support cost optimization initiatives through data and performance analysis ·Maintain and update internal procedures and work instructions for the area 4. Overview The Materials Analyst is responsible for controlling material flow to ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers, zero material shortages, and achievement of financial and inventory targets. The role works cross-functionally to support uninterrupted production and logistics excellence. Key Tasks Control and monitor material movement to prevent shortages and production stoppages. Coordinate engineering changes with customers, planners, engineering, warehouse, and production teams. Ensure 100% stock accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution. Track and resolve at-risk materials, including escalation management for stop shipments. Schedule materials according to customer demand while controlling inventory levels and month-end targets. Maintain zero loader errors, supplier discrepancies, and booking issues. Monitor supplier performance, attend reviews with underperforming suppliers, and ensure zero arrears. Control scrap levels and manage supplier returns related to quality claims. Ensure compliance with logistics governance, authorization processes, and cost controls. Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Material Planner in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory control, and logistics processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken). Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
