Landscape Transformation: data conversions, migration between SAP systems or from non-SAP to SAP - one of the main pillars of cbs. For our spanish hubs in Barcelona & Madrid we are looking for consultants with experience in Finance & Controlling or logistics modules / SCM modules. You will work in integrated projects together with our experienced Landscape Transformation consultants and build up an important delivery hub in Spain. Expectations and Tasks: -Analysis, conception and harmonization of business processes using an SLO approach -Utilizing our standard software cbs ET Enterprise Transformer® for the transformation of SAP systems in the course of mergers & acquisitions, global harmonization especially in the area of accounting and consolidation of complex SAP and non-SAP landscapes -Participate in the growth of the business unit “Landscape Transformation” -Coach younger colleagues in functional, technical, and methodic topic

Actualment, busquem incorporar un/a Business Controller per integrar-se a l’àrea de Finances. T'uniràs a un equip dinàmic en una posició de nova creació, clau per a la presa de decisions estratègiques de la companyia. La teva missió Actuaràs com a nexe estratègic entre les àrees comercial, operativa i industrial. La teva responsabilitat principal serà transformar les dades en coneixement de negoci per optimitzar la rendibilitat, l'eficiència i el creixement de tot el cicle operatiu. Responsabilitats Principals 1. Anàlisi Comercial i de Rendibilitat ·Supervisió i anàlisi detallada: Monitorar vendes, marges i rendibilitat desglossats per producte, client i mercat. ·Gestió del Mix de Negoci: Realitzar el seguiment constant del mix de vendes, polítiques de preus i l'impacte de l'aplicació de descomptes. 2. Control de Costos Industrials i Logístics ·Anàlisi de planta: Controlar i optimitzar els costos de producció (materials, mà d'obra directa i costos indirectes de fabricació). ·Gestió de desviacions: Analitzar detalladament les diferències entre els costos reals i els estàndards definits, proposant accions correctives. ·Eficiència operativa: Avaluar mermes, rendiments, productivitat i eficiència tant a la planta de producció com als magatzems. 3. Reporting, KPIs i Business Intelligence ·Dashboarding: Dissenyar, implementar i mantenir quadres de comandament (dashboards) integrals per a les àrees comercial, financera i industrial. ·Monitorització de KPIs: Definir i analitzar els indicadors clau de rendiment per al seguiment del negoci. ·Transformació digital: Utilitzar eines de BI per a l'extracció, estructuració i automatització d'informació estratègica. Perfil cercat Formació i Experiència ·Estudis: Grau en Enginyeria (Organització Industrial, Dades o similars) o ADE. Es valorarà molt positivament un Màster en Control de Gestió o Anàlisi de Dades. ·Experiència: Experiència contrastada en posicions de control de gestió o business controlling dins d'entorns industrials o en consultoria (Big 4 o similar). Habilitats Tècniques ·Domini expert en la gestió i estructuració de grans volums de dades. ·Coneixements sòlids en anàlisi de costos industrials, estructures de preus i rendibilitat. ·Experiència consolidada amb eines de visualització de dades (Power BI, Tableau o similars) i sistemes ERP. ·Nivell d'anglès fluid. Habilitats Personals ·Visió transversal i interfuncional: Capacitat natural per interactuar, comunicar-te i fer de pont amb perfils de diferents àrees (fàbrica, vendes, direcció). ·Mentalitat analítica i orientació al detall: Capacitat per extreure conclusions clares de dades complexes. ·Passió digital: Interès proactiu per l’aprenentatge contínu, l'automatització de processos i la digitalització.
