Desde Hays Interim buscamos un/a Beverage Manager & Event Maître para un importante evento de alcance mundial, gestionado por una compañía internacional del sector bebidas premium. La persona seleccionada será la responsable operativa de la experiencia de bebidas, sala y servicio en un entorno altamente exigente, elegante y orientado a clientes de perfil VIP. ¿Qué buscamos? - Experiencia sólida como Beverage Manager, Event Maître o roles similares en catering premium, hoteles 5*, eventos corporativos o hospitality de alto nivel. - Capacidad demostrada para liderar equipos de 15-20 personas en eventos complejos. - Dominio de la gestión de bebidas, control de costes, inventarios y estándares de servicio. - Perfil elegante, refinado, resolutivo y orientado al detalle. - Inglés alto, imprescindible para gestionar incidencias, proveedores y clientes internacionales. - Disponibilidad para incorporación inmediata. - Ubicación: Madrid. - Horario variable según calendario de eventos. Responsabilidades principales: - Gestión de bebidas: diseño de propuestas, control de inventarios, supervisión de barras premium, coordinación de bartenders y control de costes. - Planificación operativa de eventos: layouts, flujos de servicio, coordinación con cocina, logística, almacén y proveedores. - Liderazgo de sala y servicio: dirección del servicio durante el evento, briefings, supervisión de estándares y resolución de incidencias. - Gestión de equipos: liderazgo de 15-20 personas, asignación de funciones, formación y seguimiento del desempeño. - Relación con cliente VIP: interpretación de necesidades, acompañamiento operativo y garantía de excelencia en la experiencia. ¿Qué ofrecemos? - Participar en un proyecto único, rodeado de profesionales de primer nivel y en un entorno VIP internacional. - Contrato inicial de 3 meses hasta septiembre, con posibilidad real de continuidad según desempeño y evolución del proyecto. - Banda salarial según experiencia del perfil. - Oportunidad de formar parte de un equipo en crecimiento y con un rol de alto impacto en la experiencia del cliente. ¿Qué funciones realizarás? Responsible for the execution of the management policy in all its aspects, assuming the functions of the Director in his/her absence. To organise, direct, coordinate and supervise, by delegation of the Director, all the operations of the Hotel, both in the accommodation area and in the Food and Beverage area. To coordinate and supervise the work of the department heads. To convene and/or participate in periodic briefings with the heads of department to inform, be informed or discuss any issues that may arise. Ensuring quality levels in accordance with the objectives set. Receive and attend to clients throughout their stay at the Hotel. Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of the budget. To prepare the fortnightly forecast with the collaboration of all the departments involved. Participate in the marketing of the Hotel (TTOO, commercial visits, events, etc.) as well as in the aspects related to revenue management and e-commerce. Supervise together with the managers the different staff reports, staff ratios as well as participate in staff selection processes, performance monitoring and in general in any HR policy.

Located next to Terra Mítica and just 40 minutes from Alicante Airport, this well-established resort is entering a significant new chapter. Formerly the Grand Luxor Hotel & Village, the property is now transitioning to Four Points by Sheraton, bringing global brand recognition and exciting new commercial opportunities. The Role We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Manager to support the commercial growth of the hotel by proactively identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, agencies and MICE partners, while actively promoting the hotel within the local and regional market. Commercial awareness with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and achieve sales targets. Experience working within an international branded hotel environment is desirable, ideally Marriott or a similar global brand. Fluency in both English and Spanish.
