Based in Miami, you will take full commercial responsibility for one of Grespania's most important international territories. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Export Director, you will be responsible for strengthening Grespania's market position, expanding our distribution network and increasing sales through existing and new customers across the Southern USA. You will play a key role in representing the company and its brands, identifying growth opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with distributors, architects, designers, developers and other specification professionals. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Southern United States. Deliver ambitious sales, profitability and market development objectives. Strengthen relationships with existing distribution partners while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Expand Grespania's presence within the architectural and design community through specification-driven sales. Represent Grespania at major industry events, trade exhibitions and customer meetings. Travel extensively throughout the territory to maintain close relationships with customers and partners. The Profile We are looking for an accomplished commercial professional who thrives in an international environment and has a proven track record of growing business within the ceramic tile or building materials industry. You will bring: A university degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or a related discipline. At least 3 years of successful commercial leadership experience within the ceramic tile industry or related sectors. Demonstrated success in business development, distributor management and key account growth. Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution skills. Outstanding negotiation, communication and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of autonomy and strong results orientation. Fluency in English. Valid driver's license.
