OFG selecciona un/a Experto/a en Servicios Móviles para incorporarse a un proyecto de operación y soporte de servicios de un importante operador de telefonía móvil. Buscamos un perfil técnico con sólida experiencia en redes y servicios de telecomunicaciones móviles, especializado en señalización, roaming, mensajería e IoT, que quiera formar parte de un entorno dinámico y participar en proyectos de alta relevancia tecnológica. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Gestión de operaciones bajo el marco ITIL, garantizando la continuidad y calidad del servicio. Troubleshooting y configuración en el área de Roaming, señalización y mensajería. Soporte y mantenimiento de plataformas de señalización (STPs, DSR) y de mensajería (A2P/P2P). Análisis y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con protocolos de interconexión (SS7, Diameter, SMPP, entre otros). Coordinación con equipos multiculturales orientados a cliente para asegurar el cumplimiento de acuerdos de nivel de servicio. Elaboración y seguimiento de documentación técnica y reporting del área. ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia en redes y servicios de telecomunicaciones, con conocimiento de tecnologías móviles: 2G/3G, 4G+LTE, IoT, NB-IoT, SMS A2P/P2P, RCS, WhatsApp, Push app, VoLTE y 5G. Excelente conocimiento del protocolo de señalización ITU N7, con énfasis en MAP, ISUP, INAP, CAMEL y SMPP. Conocimiento de protocolos de señalización basados en DIAMETER (S6 y S9) y autenticación Radius. Conocimiento de 5G NR (SEPP, HTTP2). Conocimiento de Roaming en escenarios internacionales (Inter Working, International Networks, Routing, Switching y global services). Conocimiento de plataformas IoT (Device Management, eSIM, protocolos asociados, planes de comunicación, inventariado SIM). Conocimiento de protocolos utilizados en servicios de soporte IoT (Radius, GTP, MAP, Diameter). Conocimiento de plataformas GGSN/PGW, Steering y GTP Proxy. Conocimiento de plataformas de mensajería (A2P y P2P) y omnicanalidad (WhatsApp, RCS, Push app). Conocimiento de protocolos de interconexión de mensajería (SMPP, HTTPS, IPSec, MAP, RCS, entre otros). Familiaridad con el manejo de APIs. Al menos 2 años de experiencia en funciones de troubleshooting y configuración en el área de Roaming, señalización y mensajería. Experiencia trabajando con equipos multiculturales orientados a cliente. Conocimiento de sistemas de virtualización (VMware, Citrix, KVM, entre otros). Mentalidad orientada a cliente, trabajo en equipo, perfil retador y buenas habilidades de comunicación (Communication Skills).
