Property Finder and Social Media Content Creator to Mar Menor! About Fastighetsbyrån Abroad We have been operating in Spain since 2008 and in Portugal since 2014. Currently, we have approximately 25 offices along the Spanish and Portuguese coasts. About Our Office Since 2015, Fastighetsbyrån has had a local presence with an office in Mar Menor/Murcia. It has been a success story from the very beginning. Being Sweden’s largest real estate agency chain, also in Spain, is something highly valued by both sellers and buyers. We support our clients throughout the entire process from start to finish, ensuring they feel secure during every step of the transaction. Our office is located in Los Alcázares. About You This position is a combined role consisting of two functions: Property Finder and Social Media Content Creator. As a Property Finder, you will have a wide range of challenging tasks. Your primary responsibility is to identify and engage with potential property sellers. You will have the opportunity to be creative and test new approaches, while proven methods such as door knocking, calling property listings, contacting owners through signage, or using platforms like Idealista and Fotocasa can be effective ways of sourcing new listings. There is significant new construction activity in Spain, so networking and building relationships with developers are also an important part of the role. In essence, you will be actively sourcing and securing properties. During the listing process, presenting Fastighetsbyrån and our services is crucial. You will need a strong understanding of local pricing, and if you do not have it initially, you will soon develop excellent market knowledge. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that Fastighetsbyrån is the natural choice for private homeowners looking to sell, as well as for developers producing new residential properties. In combination with the Property Finder role, we aim to take the next step in our social media presence by creating content that inspires, engages, and brings people closer to their dream home. We are therefore looking for a Social Content Manager who wants to contribute to developing our digital presence. This role focuses on creating relevant and engaging content, where storytelling and video content are key. You will be responsible for our social media channels and for strengthening our presence. We are looking for someone who is creative, curious, humble and someone who enjoys testing new ideas, making things happen, and developing content based on both intuition and insights. Requirements Proven ability to prospect and acquire clients through proactive sourcing methods (e.g. door knocking, advertising, digital platforms) Strong capability to secure well-priced, high-quality listings and effectively present company services to clients Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation, while also contributing to team objectives and overall company positioning Excellent networking skills combined with strong organizational ability, drive, and reliability Valid driving license and solid computer skills Local residency with good knowledge of the Spanish property market and administrative system Experience in creating engaging content, especially video content Strong sense of tone of voice, copywriting, and visual expression Self-driven and proactive Enjoys experimenting with new formats, ideas, and ways of working Curious, collaborative, and open-minded Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite Language Requirements Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish. Knowledge of Swedish is a merit, but not a requirement. Additional Information To learn more about the position, please contact the office by e-mail ************************* Our minimum requirement is fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
