We are Hiring: Business Development & Account Manager for an internship (Native Italian) Join Vertigo Media, a fast-growing company specialized in high-performance lead generation across Europe. We design, test, and optimize digital acquisition campaigns in highly competitive industries such as energy, telecom, health, and education. Our strength lies in a team of 70+ senior professionals and strong expertise in performance marketing and lead generation technologies. Responsibilities • Actively prospect the Italian market with a “hunter” mentality to identify new business opportunities • Generate qualified leads, meetings, and demos for the sales team based in Barcelona • Understand client needs and challenges to position Vertigo Media’s solutions effectively • Engage with senior decision-makers (Marketing & Communication Directors, CEOs, Affiliate Managers, Sales Managers) • Deliver structured sales pitches and product demos • Report daily activity and pipeline progress to management • Participate in weekly meetings to review performance, share insights, and discuss objectives and challenges Your Profile • Native Italian speaker and fluent in English • Strong interest in sales, business development, and digital marketing • Final year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field • Eligible for an internship agreement with your university and able to transition to a permanent contract afterward • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented • Strong communication skills with a proactive, positive, and energetic attitude • Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus What We Offer • Full-time internship (6 months) • €700/month remuneration • Office located in the center of Barcelona • Opportunity to grow in a fast-scaling international company • Strong performance-driven culture focused on learning, results, and customer success • Clear path for career progression and potential permanent contract Ready to try it for real?
