Your challenge You will lead Occupational Health & Safety for two key populations: Commerce / Sales: 400+ field employees working across Spain with company vehicles. Support Functions: Corporate offices based mainly in Madrid and Sevilla. This is a highly visible, hands-on role combining technical expertise, field presence and close collaboration with business leaders. Key responsibilities Commerce / Sales Act as the main H&S partner for the commercial organization. Lead and continuously improve the Road Safety & Driving Risk Prevention program. Analyze accidents and trends, defining preventive actions. Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis. Deliver safety training and awareness sessions. Collaborate with Commerce, HR, Fleet and external partners. Support Functions Manage Occupational Safety in office environments. Coordinate risk assessments, ergonomics, emergency plans and drills. Oversee Contractor Coordination Activities (CAE). Support psychosocial risk assessments and action plans. Participate in legal and internal audits. Governance & Continuous Improvement Support the implementation of corporate H&S standards and reporting. Monitor KPIs, analyze data and promote a strong safety culture. Act as a trusted business partner, providing practical and effective solutions. What we're looking for Background University degree. Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL). Experience Minimum 5 years in Health & Safety roles. Experience supporting mobile/field-based populations (sales, service, logistics, etc.). Experience in office environments. Experience in multinational or complex organizations is a plus. Skills High level of autonomy and ownership. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Business-oriented, practical approach to Safety. Comfortable working with KPIs and data analysis. Languages Spanish: Fluent. English: Professional working proficiency. Why join us? Job Description The Admin Operations Iberia is responsible for the administrative management of technical service operations across Iberia, ensuring efficient coordination of daily activities related to repairs, training, and deployments while capturing and analyzing relevant data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. The role promotes service products to customers, builds strong relationships, and develops a deep understanding of customer needs, while also managing service contracts through their generation, adaptation, and review in alignment with internal stakeholders. It ensures effective collaboration with internal and external teams, oversees spare parts management and inventory control, supports work order processes and dispute handling through systems such as ServiceMax or LOTS, and coordinates with warehouse, logistics, and field teams for the management of BD-owned instruments and spare parts. Main responsibilities: Operational service management and coordination: planning and prioritising tasks, tracking KPIs/SLAs, and coordinating with the field team, Customer Support Manager, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution. Stakeholder management and escalation handling: proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders, managing incidents/disputes, and supporting decision-making through regular reporting and up-to-date documentation. Continuous improvement initiatives: identifying and implementing actions to enhance individual and team efficiency, proposing optimisation opportunities. Service portfolio promotion: strengthening client relationships and gaining a deep understanding of their needs to promote services effectively. Activity tracking and coordination: monitoring daily activities (repairs, training, deployments), including the creation, update, and closure of work orders in corporate tools, ensuring traceability and coordination. Customer service and operational sales support: preparing, presenting, and negotiating proposals (phone/email) and occasional visits with CSL/FSE/sales teams, with a focus on key accounts and long-term relationships. End-to-end administrative and logistics support: managing spare parts and inventory (including annual audits), reviewing work orders and disputes, maintaining master data, handling packing slips/quotations, coordinating with warehouse/logistics/field teams, reconciling monthly revenue and accruals, managing forecasts, validating invoices, tracking third-party services, monitoring installed base and FSN/FSCA/EOL processes, and maintaining price lists. General Summary The Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle for the French market, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery, and full compliance with internal procedures. The role acts as a key interface between Sales, Finance, Service, Logistics, and Customers to guarantee operational excellence and customer satisfaction. In addition to order management responsibilities, the position supports tender preparation, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Essential Job Functions Process, validate, and manage customer orders (capital mainly and post sales if needed) within Oracle Cloud ERP and other business systems. Ensure accurate order entry, pricing validation, product configuration, and documentation compliance. Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment cycle and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery timelines. Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Service, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure successful order execution. Manage order modifications, cancellations, returns, credit and admin inquiries. Communicate order confirmations, delivery schedules, and potential delays to internal stakeholders. Maintain complete and accurate order records and support documentation in Sales Force and Oracle. Maintain sales journals and support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities in collaboration with Finance. Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and operational performance tracking. Ensure all commercial and financial documentation is complete and compliant before order release. Escalate and resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction or revenue recognition. Primary responsibility for the French market, with the flexibility to support other EMEA regions as business needs dictate. Knowledge/Educational Requirements ·Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (Bac+3). ·Excellent computer and IT skills: ·Able to seamlessly operate on multiple platforms, to accurately accomplish daily management of information. ·Proficient user of Oracle Cloud (at least 2 years’ proven experience). ·Experience with Sales Force Lightning or any other similar ERP highly valued. ·Good knowledge of advanced functions in Excel highly valued. ·2+ years of experience in a similar role, highly valued.
