THE ROLE Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the Finance Department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will manage a team of four finance professionals and work closely with internal departments as well as external auditors, banks and advisors. KEY RESPONSABILITIES * Lead, mentor and develop the Finance team. * Oversee the company's accounting and financial reporting processes. * Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. * Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. * Monitor cash flow and treasury activities. * Oversee the financial management of real estate development projects. * Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requierements. * Coordinate audits and maintain relationships with external advisors and financial institutions. * Prepare financial analysis and reports for senior management. * Review and improve financial processes, controls and reporting systems. ABOUT YOU You're an experienced finance professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and a background in the real estate development sector.
