Desde InfoJobs Assistance, un servicio de Adevinta, estamos buscando un/a Asesor/a Laboral para incorporarse a Sellarès Assesors, grupo empresarial, con más de 50 años de experiencia, dedicados a la prestación de servicios integrales de consultoría, asesoría y gestión para la pequeña y mediana empresa. Funciones: - Gestión de nóminas de empresas asignadas, entrada de información de las variaciones mensuales del cálculo de nóminas, cálculo e impresión o publicación de la nómina, obtención de listados o archivos de relación bancaria y/o de resúmenes de coste. - Actualización de control de la información referida a convenios colectivos de las empresas asignadas - Gestión de declaraciones de IRPF mensuales y trimestrales derivadas de la gestión de la nómina, presentación telemática de las referidas declaraciones. - Envío periódico de archivos de cotización a la SS, archivos CRA, comunicados de afiliación y de ITs de las empresas asignadas - Gestión de la contratación laboral de las empresas asignadas. Asesoramiento, redacción, preparación y comunicación al SEPE de las nuevas contrataciones realizadas, prórrogas de contratos y anexos de contratos. - Cálculo y preparación de liquidaciones de personas trabajadoras por finalización de la relación laboral - Redacción y preparación de documentos básicos en materia de gestión de personal (permisos, excedencias, reducciones de jornada, otros) - Redacción y preparación de comunicados en materia de sanciones y/o despidos disciplinarios u objetivos. - Asesoramiento y gestión de expedientes en materia de conciliaciones laborales, inspecciones de trabajo y otros expedientes y recursos ante la ITSS y la SS de las empresas asignadas. - Atención telefónica a los clientes del servicio de gestión de nómina asignados en materia sociolaboral y relacionada con la gestión de la nómina - Trabajo en equipo, actividades de formación continuada, en coordinación con el resto del equipo de personas asesoras y gestoras del área sociolaboral Se ofrece - Contrato indefinido con 2 meses de periodo de prueba - Jornada completa - Horario: de lunes a jueves de 8h a 17h con 1 hora de descanso; viernes de 8h a 14h. About the role: As the HR Operations Administrator, you will be a key contributor the HR operations BPO services for our SAP Solutions MPS (Managed Payroll Services) team. This role includes delivery assurance with high quality operational support across, but not limited to, time management, benefits management, pensions, insurances and garnishments. You will also orchestrate the delivery of HR services to our customers, ensuring the effective execution of tasks within the team. This role also involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous operational excellence. You will support in maintaining local HR business process standards. You will support continuous improvement while collaborating with clients and country teams to assess and manage localization activities, process deviations, recommending optimal solutions that align with both organizational and client needs. Which tasks can you expect? -Process HR service cases and provide appropriate resolutions. -Collaborate with HR Operations Specialists and Senior Specialists when needed. -Calculate, maintain and update complex data records in HR systems in relation to, but not limited to, Benefits, Pension and Insurance, Time Tracking and Garnishment. -Process Document management where client self-service is not possible. -Process client invoice reconciliations from multiple third parties and local governance. -Support the change order management process for internal applications and where applicable liaise with third parties for third party change order management. -Participate in testing and validation as required for small system updates and simple configuration changes (e.g. new wage types). -Manage the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Detailed Work Instructions (DWIs), guidelines, and other process documentation, ensuring consistency across regions while incorporating local deviations. -Maintain close communication with key stakeholders (including country teams and clients) to ensure consistent application of global and local standards, procedures and process changes. -Participate in data controls using the SAP Payroll Control Centre tool and SAP integration data monitoring tool and process SD Worx scope data corrections when necessary. -Adhere to service level agreements and deadlines for payroll processing. -Communicate with external parties, such as tax authorities and benefit providers, when necessary. -Provide support, guidance, and training to HR Operations Associates, ensuring best practices and compliance with local regulations. -Process Year End activities

¿Qué funciones realizarás? Responsible for the execution of the management policy in all its aspects, assuming the functions of the Director in his/her absence. To organise, direct, coordinate and supervise, by delegation of the Director, all the operations of the Hotel, both in the accommodation area and in the Food and Beverage area. To coordinate and supervise the work of the department heads. To convene and/or participate in periodic briefings with the heads of department to inform, be informed or discuss any issues that may arise. Ensuring quality levels in accordance with the objectives set. Receive and attend to clients throughout their stay at the Hotel. Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of the budget. To prepare the fortnightly forecast with the collaboration of all the departments involved. Participate in the marketing of the Hotel (TTOO, commercial visits, events, etc.) as well as in the aspects related to revenue management and e-commerce. Supervise together with the managers the different staff reports, staff ratios as well as participate in staff selection processes, performance monitoring and in general in any HR policy.
