You will deliver a variety of spa treatments tailored to our guests' needs, ensuring each visit is relaxing, personalized, and memorable. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body treatments following established protocols. Welcome guests warmly, provide expert consultations, and create a serene and tailored spa environment. Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products, maintaining rigorous hygiene and presentation standards. Recommend appropriate treatments and retail products to enhance guests' wellness journeys. Collaborate with the spa team to maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and support colleagues as needed. Required Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role within luxury hospitality. Recognized certification in massage therapy, beauty, or spa treatments. Fluency in English. Strong knowledge of diverse treatment techniques and product ranges. Desired Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
