This role involves supervising the team responsible for group bookings, handling logistics for events, and maintaining relationships with group clients to ensure a smooth and successful stay. Revenue Manager Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to become the second most senior member of our Revenue Department. You will support the commercial strategy across 250+ accommodation units in six aparthotel locations, working closely with Operations, Reservations and Senior Management to maximise Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and Net Turnover through pricing, forecasting, distribution and commercial analysis. Key Responsibilities Revenue Management Support and implement the company's revenue strategy. Manage pricing, inventory, restrictions and availability. Produce forecasts and identify revenue opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and KPIs. Prepare commercial reports for senior management. Distribution & Systems Manage distribution across online sales channels. Ensure pricing and availability remain accurate across all systems. Optimise PMS, Channel Manager, RMS and Booking Engine connectivity. Maintain room, rate and inventory mapping. Experience with SiteMinder is essential; Ubikos PMS is an advantage. Commercial Development Increase direct bookings and profitability. Support digital sales initiatives and commercial projects. Work with external technology partners and suppliers. Experience Minimum 10 years' experience in the hotel industry. Strong hotel revenue management background. Proven success in pricing, forecasting and commercial analysis. Requirements Fluent English and Spanish. Full driving licence. Working Hours Monday-Friday, 09:30-17:30 Based at our Head Office in Puerto de la Cruz. Occasional travel between company locations (mileage reimbursed).
