You combine strategic architecture ownership with hands-on expertise, acting as the IT-Infrastructure key interface between internal teams (esp. Cybersecurity, SAP, Applications, business units) and Managed Service Providers (MSP). In cooperation with the MSP, you ensure that IAM solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business and compliance requirements. You will take ownership across the following IAM domains: Entra ID / Azure AD, Access Governance, SSO, MFA, PIM/PAM, Joiner–Leaver–Mover Integration, Password Management Vault, PKI & Key Management. Grupo Tenea selecciona un/a Administrador/a Identity & Access Management, con experiencia en IAM, flujos de autenticación y arquitecturas cloud. Buscamos un perfil más dedicado en despliegue y gestión de las arquitecturas de AM (IAM) como tal, no tanto en gestión de identidades (gestión de accesos, identidades, roles, políticas, etc). El resto de skills que detallamos a continuación no son imprescindibles. Somos conscientes de que es complicado encontrar perfiles especializados en OpenAM. Por ello, hemos ajustado el requerimiento técnico, detallando los conocimientos y capacidades mínimas que necesitamos que el perfil cumpla. A partir de ahí, nos encargaremos de completar su capacitación específica en OpenAM. Deseable: Conocimiento en OpenAM / PingAM -Instalaciones y upgrades -Administración y configuración (Clientes Oauth, Scopes y claims, IDToken / Accesstoken / JWT) -Diseño de autenticaciones (trees). -Integración con LDAP y external datastores. -Forgeops -Integración con APIs REST externas. Se valorará también: Conocimiento en producto PingDS y PingIDM (replicación, fine tunning, LDAP management y gobierno de identidades). Conocimiento y experiencia en entornos kubernetes. Agilidad en trobuleshooting (herramientas: dynatrace, kibana, grafana) y detección de vías de mejoras en entornos IAM HA. Conocimientos en flujos de autenticación -OAuth2 -Kerberos -SAML 2.0 -LDAP -OIDC A considerar: -Conocimientos scripted nodes (Groovy) Respecto a las condiciones de la posición y modalidad de trabajo: Ubicación y Modelo: Priorizamos candidatos radicados en Barcelona para trabajar en un modelo híbrido (1 o 2 días por semana en la oficina). No obstante, estamos abiertos a contemplar un formato 100% remoto desde otras ubicaciones, con visitas a Barcelona. Horario: Jornada de 08:00 a 17:00 h, que incluye una hora para comer.
