Para nuestras operaciones en España, buscamos a un/a Delegado/a de Ventas de Área Ubicación: Valencia o Alicante (Levante) Descripción del puesto El Delegado/a de Ventas de área es el responsable de gestionar las operaciones comerciales con los clientes seleccionados en el canal de filtración de agua (DIY, SDA, etc.) dentro del territorio asignado. Actuando como experto en producto y categoría, el DVA ofrece un soporte excepcional al cliente e impulsa el incremento de ventas en toda la cartera de productos, incluyendo filtración de agua, filtración de cocina bajo fregadero, sistemas de ósmosis inversa, descalcificadores y prefiltros. El/La DVA trabaja en estrecha colaboración y reporta al Country Manager del país, apoyando el lanzamiento de productos, recopilando información del mercado y prestando asistencia directa a los distribuidores y clientes finales. Responsabilidades principales • Visitar regularmente las tiendas asignadas en la Comunidad Valenciana, Murcia, Andalucía, las Islas Baleares y las Islas Canarias. • Presentar la cartera completa de productos —incluidos los nuevos lanzamientos— y garantizar que los productos listados estén disponibles y correctamente abastecidos. • Supervisar la actividad de la competencia (productos, precios, promociones) y gestionar las reclamaciones o escaladas relacionadas. • Ejecutar el plan promocional nacional negociado con el comprador central a nivel de tienda. • Negociar con los responsables de tienda para generar pedidos, asegurar ubicaciones secundarias y organizar exposiciones de productos. • Impartir formación sobre la categoría y los productos al personal de tienda, tanto para productos actuales como para nuevos lanzamientos. • Proporcionar asistencia técnica y soporte posventa a los clientes en coordinación con el responsable de Postventa. Perfil del candidato/a • Experiencia demostrada en la categoría de filtración de agua en el canal retail o profesional. • Orientado/a resultados, con sólidas habilidades analíticas y conceptuales. • Excelentes habilidades de negociación, cierre de acuerdos y comunicación (verbal y escrita). • Titulación universitaria o equivalente. • Español nativo o fluido (imprescindible). • Carnet de conducir vigente (se requieren desplazamientos frecuentes). • Buen nivel de inglés es un plus. Temporary contract, maternity cover - 12 months We are searching for a Regional Sales Manager based in Madrid, to manage the Boutiques located in the center area of Spain and the Wholesale customers assigned to this region. THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES The Regional Sales Manager will build high performing teams and strategically drive sales and profitability within our ‘Owned and Operated’ stores whilst retaining a customer-centric approach at all times.
