Si te apasiona el mundo de la selección de personal, ¡esta es tu oportunidad! ¿Qué harás en TEMPS?Como Técnico/a de Recursos Humanos, tu misión principal será dar soporte integral al departamento, participando activamente en todo el ciclo de vida del empleado. Tus responsabilidades incluirán: Selección de Personal: Publicación de ofertas de empleo, criba curricular, realización de entrevistas (telefónicas y presenciales), y seguimiento de candidatos. Gestión Administrativa: Elaboración de contratos, gestión de incidencias, control de nóminas, altas y bajas en Seguridad Social, y tramitación de documentación laboral. Atención al Trabajador y a la Empresa: Serás el punto de contacto para resolver dudas y gestionar incidencias tanto de nuestros trabajadores como de las empresas cliente. Cumplimiento Normativo: Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral vigente y las políticas internas de la empresa. ¿¿ Apoyo General al Departamento: Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y otras tareas administrativas propias del departamento de RRHH. ¿Qué buscamos en ti?Para unirte a nuestro equipo, necesitarás: Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en consultoría de RRHH o ETT, como técnico de selección o consultor de recursos humanos. Formación: Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, Derecho, Administración de Empresas o similar. Se valorará formación específica en Recursos Humanos. Conocimientos: Dominio de herramientas de búsqueda de empleo y plataformas de gestión de candidatos (ATS). Conocimiento de legislación laboral española. Habilidades: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, proactividad, organización y atención al detalle. Orientación al cliente y a la resolución de problemas. Idiomas: Se valorará conocimiento de otros idiomas. THE OPPORTUNITY: BALANCED GROWTH & CONTINUOUS LEARNING Are you a junior recruiter who wants to master the art of both elite sourcing and high-impact interviewing? We have designed a dynamic role where you won't just blindly spam profiles or just read from a script. You will own a highly balanced workflow: dividing your time between actively searching for top-tier tech profiles and leading deep-dive candidate screenings. This is a heavy Learning & Development role: you will receive continuous mentoring to build your own pipelines and run fast-paced interview cycles for the European and US tech markets. CALENDAR OWNERSHIP & US MARKET COVERAGE Because we look after clients in both Europe and the US, your calendar needs to be dynamic. You have high autonomy to manage your own working hours, adapting your agenda to candidate availability. To cover the US market, you will regularly schedule and conduct interviews during afternoon and evening slots (Spanish time). If you need to start your day later to accommodate evening interviews, you control your schedule entirely. At least 2-3 days per week you will finish interviews around 9pm Spanish time. YOUR TARGETS: SOURCING & INTERVIEWING BALANCE Your typical week will bridge the gap between targeted talent hunting and deep evaluation: Active Sourcing: Become an expert on LinkedIn Recruiter, actively mapping markets and searching for hidden talent to fill challenging startup roles. Deep-Dive Screenings: Run initial technical/cultural interviews for your sourced profiles (Product Engineers, Backend/Frontend, AI/ML, and Data Scientists). Profile Validation: Rigorously evaluate candidates against client requirements, focusing on a product-driven mindset and startup compatibility. Candidate Experience: Deliver a premium journey that leaves elite international candidates excited about our clients' visions. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience: 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (agency/in-house). Exposure to the tech sector is a massive plus. Language: Advanced to bilingual English is mandatory. You must feel completely confident interviewing native English speakers daily. Spanish Skills: Spanish is a plus, but not required for this role. High Coachability: A strong desire for continuous learning and upgrading your skills under expert guidance. Communication: An active listener who can ask sharp, qualifying questions. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter/Headhunter. The Startup Mindset: You don't need to have worked inside a startup, but you must have experience recruiting FOR startups/scale-ups (either from an agency or in-house). You understand their urgency, what founders look for, and how to sell a startup's vision. Tech Fluency: You deeply understand the difference between a standard developer and a Product Engineer. You can speak confidently about AI/ML, Data, and cloud infrastructures. Tool Mastery: You are a LinkedIn Recruiter expert. Boolean strings, custom projects, and high-conversion outreach are second nature to you. Language: Fluent English is mandatory. You will be interviewing US-based candidates daily.
