Your Responsibilities. As a ServiceNow Consultant & Developer in our internal business analyst role, you will: Take the lead in developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions including platform components, core modules, and the service portal Analyse internal and external business requirements, translating them into meaningful workflows and solutions Lead or actively participate in workshops for the continued evolution of our ServiceNow services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs Provide ongoing support, optimization, and enhancements to existing ServiceNow implementations Ensure smooth and efficient integration with other systems and services Deliver clear documentation and participate in agile sprints to keep progress transparent and effective Your Profile – Who We’re Looking For You’re passionate about solving problems, improving workflows, and creating excellent digital experiences. You bring technical know-how, business acumen, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. Must-Haves Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM platforms) Strong understanding of Service Management principles (ITIL framework) Proven experience in process and workflow modelling within ServiceNow Skilled in JavaScript and debugging Object-Oriented code (Java preferred) Familiar with technologies like Jelly, AngularJS, Bootstrap, React, AJAX, HTML/CSS, XML Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL) Hands-on experience with agile development methods and SDLC processes Practical exposure to CI/CD & DevOps environments Comfortable navigating cloud infrastructure technologies such as Azure Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proactive attitude, customer-first mindset, and problem-solving confidence Nice-to-Haves Experience with CSDM, CMDB CSM modules Experience designing or managing automated, bi-directional system integrations Fluency in additional languages (German or Spanish would be a plus)
