Como Juicer, trabajarás en un perfil 360º dominando todas las estaciones detrás de la barra: preparación de materia prima, elaboración de sándwiches, cafés y zumos, y atención al cliente. Tu día a día se definirá por la excelencia operativa y por ofrecer una experiencia impecable garantizando la máxima calidad. APERTURA DE TIENDA: Mediados de septiembre. INICIO DE CONTRATO: Mediados de agosto (incluye 6 semanas de formación obligatoria y remunerada). Funciones principales Excelencia Operativa: Mantener un sólido conocimiento del flujo de trabajo, procedimientos estándar de la marca y recetas (plataforma E-Campus) para una ejecución perfecta en barra. Experiencia de Cliente Impecable: Ofrecer un producto de alta calidad y un comportamiento profesional para asegurar un servicio excelente. Perfil 360º: Ejecutar tareas operativas, incluyendo apertura y cierre del local, reposición diaria y mantenimiento del alto estándar de limpieza de la marca. Calidad del Producto: Elaborar sándwiches, café y zumos bajo los más altos estándares. Conocer el menú y valores nutricionales para asesorar correctamente a los clientes. Seguridad Alimentaria y PRL: Cumplir estrictamente los procedimientos de higiene y seguridad alimentaria locales. Apoyo al Equipo: Apoyar y guiar a los nuevos juicers en el dominio de las estaciones y valores de la marca. Ventas y Crecimiento: Contribuir a alcanzar los objetivos diarios y KPIs, incluyendo venta sugerida y promoción de la tarjeta de fidelización. Requisitos mínimos Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en un puesto similar en marcas internacionales (Barista, Juice Maker, hostelería o similar). Experiencia trabajando en equipos de más de 10 empleados. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación. Experiencia en entornos de alto volumen de trabajo y ritmo rápido. Idiomas: Dominio fluido de español e inglés (comunicación sólida en ambos). The Juicer is the frontline representative of our culture who manifests our legacy. You will function as a 360º operator who understands all stations behind the counter (BTC), including preparation of raw materials, making sandwiches, coffee, attending the counter, and making juices. Your role is defined by operational excellence and providing an impeccable guest experience through every interaction, securing an excellent guest experience and high product quality. STORE OPENING: Mid-September CONTRACT START DATE: Early August (6 weeks of mandatory training -paid-) Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Achieve and maintain a strong knowledge of the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF), brand SOPs, and E-Campus recipes to ensure perfect execution BTC. Impeccable Guest Experience: Deliver a guest-first approach by providing high product quality and professional Brand Behaviour, ensuring every guest receives an impeccable and ambient service. 360º Function: Execute all operational tasks including opening and closing duties, daily re-stocking, and high-level cleanliness following the brand’s “Pink Standard”. Product Quality: Always make and serve highest product quality (sandwiches, coffee, juices, …) as reflected in the brand standard. Maintain expert knowledge of the menu and nutritional values to guide guests and provide flowless recommendations. Joe Ambience: Embrace the characteristic JOE Ambience with high, positive energy and support the management team in maintaining a healthy work environment. Food Safety and H&S: Strictly follow and use all hygiene and food safety procedures while at work to ensure the highest local standards. Peer Support: Act as a supportive and helpful teammate to new juicers, guiding them through station mastery and brand understanding. Sales & Growth: Achieve daily targets and KPIs, including upselling and loyalty card sales, to help the business grow. As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of your store, ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas within the operation through effectively sparring with your Area Manager. You will adhere to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, risk, and compliance structures. You are expected to have a full overview of your store and lead your team members ensuring efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high-quality products. Your overall success in this position depends on the degree to which you are able to lead, develop, and retain a highly engaged team, where all operational conceptual in-store requirements are followed in order to deliver best-in-class guest experiences turning regular customers into beloved returning guests. Ultimately you are accountable for meeting the cost budget, reaching the store’s sales targets, and EBITDA through existing and new company initiatives. Operational Requirements: Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by enforcing hygiene, health, and safety standards while ensuring brand and highest local standards and ratings are maintained. Shift Planning and Structures: Create an optimal store shift plan considering seasonality, local events, and other circumstances impacting the store traffic and hereby ensure an ideal workflow in accordance with company standards, and store budget. Managing employee absence, onboarding, off-boarding, and ensuring working time follows contractual obligations, union agreements, and legal requirements. Stock Handling: Full ownership of stock handling, including but not limited to counting, and ordering to ensure optimal inventory and hereby the waste percentage is not exceeding the specified monthly target. Performance Management: Accountable for building sales and optimizing store EBITDA to achieve defined KPI targets.
